PICK UP
If you are not far from Vancouver or prefer to transport your purchase yourself, you may
pick up at our warehouse near Oak & South West Marine Drive in South Vancouver. Your
purchase would be ready for pick up in 4 – 8 business days fro date of purchase.
1/ An appointment to pick up must be made in advance. Pick ups can be on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays. Our warehouse team will open
your order so you may inspect thoroughly, take photos prior to re-wrapping. The wrapping
will be the same as if we had shipped by truck, so it will be well protected. It will not be
waterproof so you should bring tarps and and rope to secure your purchase.
2/ We do not accept damage claims or returns on items that were picked up.
If you decide to pick up your purchase at the warehouse you will need to bring someone
to help you pick up.

SHIPPING
We are currently shipping curbside or to the nearest depot within B.C. and Alberta.
If you live in other parts of Canada we can arrange shipping to a depot closest to you
address. The shipping would be done by a freight company that delivers to your city
or province.

Curbside delivery means the truck and driver will unload at the curb in front of your
address and the customer is responsible to bring the goods into their home.
Shipping to a depot is just that, we ship to the nearest trucking depot closest to your
address. In both cases the customer is responsible to arrange local delivery into your home.
If you require in home delivery we will try to provide that where available at an additional
cost.
We will advise you prior to your order being shipped so you can be prepared to receive it
at your residence. Delivery time from date of order to arrival to your address, or to the nearest
depot is about 2 weeks.
The cost of shipping is based on the value of your purchase.
For curbside local shipping in the lower Mainland area, it is a flat rate of $120 and $10 for each additional item.
For in home, local shipping in the lower Mainland area, it is a flat rate of $150 and $10 for each additional item.
For shipping outside the Lower Mainland area but within BC, the cost is $275 for the first
item and $50 for each additional item. This is shipping to the closest depot only. If you require curbside delivery, pleae email service@sofasogood.ca for a quote.
In the rare case of damage, the customer is responsible to make any claims required.
RETURNS
On the rare occasion the item is not quite what you were expecting the item may be returned for a refund under the following conditions,
You must contact service@sofasogood.ca for return approval within 4 days of receiving
your purchase.
1/ The item must be in the same condition as when it was received by you.
2/ You must wrap it up the same way it was wrapped up by us, using the same wrapping.
If the wrapping is not useable contact our customer service department at service@sofasogood.ca
3/ You would arrange and pay for the cost of transport back to our warehouse in Vancouver.
4/ Refunds go back on the same method of payment as the purchase, less the shipping charges.
5/ NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS will be accepted on CLEARANCE ITEMS or items that are
described as a FINAL SALE
